Students for Life Action Applauds the Montana Senate for Protecting Life with FOUR Unique Approaches to Pro-Life Law

Reported on behalf of our sister organization, Students for Life Action  FIRST, STATE LEGISLATIVE EFFORT of Students for Life Action headed to Governor’s Desk for Signature – A Law to Protect Women and the Preborn from Dangerous, On-line Distribution of Chemical Abortion Pills    “Too much of the debate over abortion allowed by mainstream media focuses on whether abortionists want to be bothered by laws that help women and the preborn. Their inconvenience is irrelevant,” said Hawkins. “Women have died when taking Chemical Abortion Pills and abusers have slipped those drugs to women against their wishes. Preventing those horrors is

Come With Us to Austin

AustinBusRight now, we are compiling a list of students who can come to Austin and join our “Texas Stand For Life Team” while the bill is in the House, and possibly stay longer for the Senate battle.  We need you to be there in the House and Senate gallery to support the pro-life bill and speak to members in the State Legislature about why you care so much about protecting the lives and health of the preborn and their mothers.

We can help find you host families and housing, provide some meals and t-shirts, and we may be able to help with transportation costs, so please contact Brendan O’Morchoe immediately! When you e-mail Brendan make sure you let him know how long you can join us in Austin for.

And for those of you in the mid-Atlantic region, SFLA is renting a bus to drive down to Austin from Washington, DC.

Seating is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis, so please let us know right now if you can meet us in Washington, DC this Sunday, July 7th, to join the Students for Life team on the 24 hour road trip to Austin!

And if you can’t meet us in DC on the 7th, we will be passing through the following cities where we can pick you up as well: Roanoke (VA), Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis, and Little Rock.

Because we don’t know yet how long the special session will last, we need you to commit to being in Austin for full week: Sunday, July 7th through Sunday, July 14th.

If you are on the East Coast, this is your best option to get down to Austin for this historic event as plane tickets are through the roof right now. But to reserve a seat, we need you to pitch in a $25 down payment.

Tickets can be purchased HERE.

We must show up. We must be there. Will you join us and stand for life?

If you aren’t able to attend, but would like to sponsor a student, please click here.
