Planned Parenthood President Apologizes for Organization’s Racist Past: But What About Its Present… and Future?

STOP THE PRESSES. Planned Parenthood boss Alexis McGill Johnson has evidently discovered the racist roots of Corporate Abortion… but has not yet come to terms with its current racist business structure targeting communities of color.  In an op-ed at the New York Times, McGill Johnson wrote:  “Up until now, Planned Parenthood has failed to own the impact of our founder’s actions,” Alexis McGill Johnson wrote. “We have defended Sanger as a protector of bodily autonomy and self-determination, while excusing her association with white supremacist groups and eugenics as an unfortunate ‘product of her time.’”   As a reminder, Planned Parenthood kills 972 innocent children of every race and background every single

Start or Grow Your Students for Life Group

There are many reasons to start an official Students for Life group (or grow an existing one) at your school. First, we are the pro-life movement. And a movement needs to inspire and gather members to accomplish a common goal.

_______________________________________________________________

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Get Educated About Abortion

2. Know Your School

3. Find Other Leaders

4. Become an Official School Group

5. Recruit New Members

6. Manage the Group

If no one at your school takes that first step to start a group, the pro-life students there will have nowhere to go. They can absolutely do pro-life work on their own. But we are so much stronger together than we are apart. When you come together with the other pro-life students at your school, you can accomplish BIG things.

Starting a Students for Life group at your middle school is easier than you think.  Watch the video below for expert advice on how to start a movement at your school.

As always, let us know if you have questions by emailing your SFLA Regional Coordinator at [yourstate]@studentsforlife.org, messaging the Students for Life Facebook page, or visiting Students for Life HQ.

If you’re starting a brand new group, take some time to think about what your vision is  and what the group’s specific mission and goals will be – besides just ending abortion. Write this out as you go so that you have something to show to prospective new members to tell them why they should join. Your SFLA Regional Coordinator’s full-time job is to help you with this. Email [yourstate]@studentsforlife.org to contact him/her!
