In Japan, an investigation is underway after 21-year-old Jin Mimae allegedly snuck his 18-year-old girlfriend two separate doses of Mifepristone, the first of the two-drug chemical abortion regimen. This drug kills the preborn child by blocking progesterone, a necessary pregnancy hormone. The child’s mother was about 5 weeks along and, unsurprisingly, became sick after being unknowingly drugged. We need your help!

On Monday, February 25th, 44 Senators voted AGAINST protecting babies BORN ALIVE after botched abortions. And because nothing can get passed out of the Senate now without 60 votes to invoke cloture, S. 311, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, failed to be passed.

Even President Trump tweeted “This will be remembered as one of the most shocking votes in the history of Congress.”

Meanwhile, Planned Parenthood and NARAL — who bankrolled many of the Senators who voted against the bill — fought it to protect their abortionists from legal action.

Here are the facts: The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act would have had simply forced doctors to treat babies born alive during an abortion or face criminal penalties.

We know that this bill is much-needed because just a few weeks ago disgraced Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) outlined the very scenario in a radio interview in which a baby would be born alive then a doctor would “have a conversation” about whether to save the baby or let him or her die on the table. And you can’t forget about the horrific law that New York State just passed allowing physicians not to treat babies born alive during late-term abortions.

Now is the time to act.

The week of March 5th we held a series of rallies calling on Senators, especially 2020 Presidential candidates, to #ResistInfanticide.

Now we need to call on Speaker Pelosi to allow for a vote on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act in the House! Pro-life Representatives are calling for a discharge petition to force a vote.
